How to make it

  • 1. In a bowl, combine peaches, orange juice, brown sugar and cinnamom. Transfer to an 8-inch. square baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 2. Combine flour, sugar, and baking powder. Add egg and butter; mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over peaches. Combine sugar and cinnamom; sprinkle over crumb mixture.
  • 3. Bake at 350 F. for 40-45 minutes or until filling is bubbly and topping is golden brown. Serve warm

    I had to add an extra cup (2 Cups instead of 1 Cup) of flour for the topping.. dunno what's up with that.. I also used frozen peaches.. these were too bitter for this recipe.. Otherwise, it came out well! Thx, Stacy

    PS. I am so sure that this recipe would be AWESOME if I had some sweeter peaches!!!! THX again.
