How to make it

  • Lightly grease a 1 quart mold
  • In a double boiler, mix together the tomato sauce & the cream cheese. Heat until the cheese has blended with the tomato sauce
  • Pour the mixture into a blender together with the shrimp, onions & celery
  • Blend at medium speed until combined
  • Disolve the gelatin in the water
  • Add the mayonnaise & the gelatin to the blender & process until thoroughly mixed.
  • Pour into the prepared mold
  • Cover with plastic wrap & refrigerate for 12 hrs
  • To remove from the mold , dip the mold briefly in hot water
  • .
  • NOTE :-
  • A food processor could also be used
