Ingredients
  • 250 ml tomato sauce
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 250 g cooked shrimp
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) onions - chopped
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) celery - chopped
  • 1 tblspn ( 1 - 15 ml envelope ) gelatin
  • 1/3 cup cold water
  • 1 cup ( 250 ml ) mayonnaise

Directions
  1. Lightly grease a 1 quart mold
  2. In a double boiler, mix together the tomato sauce & the cream cheese. Heat until the cheese has blended with the tomato sauce
  3. Pour the mixture into a blender together with the shrimp, onions & celery
  4. Blend at medium speed until combined
  5. Disolve the gelatin in the water
  6. Add the mayonnaise & the gelatin to the blender & process until thoroughly mixed.
  7. Pour into the prepared mold
  8. Cover with plastic wrap & refrigerate for 12 hrs
  9. To remove from the mold , dip the mold briefly in hot water
  10. .
  11. NOTE :-
  12. A food processor could also be used
