How to make it

  • On wax paper sift together flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
  • With mixer at high speed, beat eggs till yolks and whites are combined.
  • Gradually add sugar, beating till thick and lemon colored.
  • Beating constantly pour in corn oil.
  • With mixer at low blend in dry ingredients alternately with pumpkin.
  • Beat until smooth after each addition.
  • Stir in walnuts.
  • Turn into ungreased tube pan, 10 x 4 inches.
  • Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hout and 10 minutes.

    OMG I finally found a recipe like mine....the only difference is I use vegetable oil and I add a cup of chocolate chips. I LOVE this pumpkin cake. I have to have it every Thanksgiving!!
