Pumpkin Walnut Cake

- 3 c. sifted flour shopping list
- 2 tsps. baking powder shopping list
- 2 tsps. baking soda shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 3 1/ tsps. cinnamon shopping list
- 4 large eggs shopping list
- 2 c. sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. corn oil shopping list
- 1 can (lb.) pumpkin shopping list
- 1 c. walnuts shopping list
How to make it
- On wax paper sift together flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
- With mixer at high speed, beat eggs till yolks and whites are combined.
- Gradually add sugar, beating till thick and lemon colored.
- Beating constantly pour in corn oil.
- With mixer at low blend in dry ingredients alternately with pumpkin.
- Beat until smooth after each addition.
- Stir in walnuts.
- Turn into ungreased tube pan, 10 x 4 inches.
- Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hout and 10 minutes.
