How to make it

  • Preheat oven 350 degrees F.
  • Using mixer on low speed, combine flour and milk.
  • Add cream cheese. Increase speed to medium, add egg substitute, artificial sweetener, lemon juice and vanilla.
  • Pour into crust.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until center is set. Chill before serving.

    *I find that substituting 1/2 the sugar with Splenda works well (or if you're okay with a less sweet result, still using 1:1 sugar to Splenda, but reducing the whole amount)
    *Yogurt cheese or cottage cheese can be substituted for cream cheese in most cheesecake recipes.
    *Subbing 2 egg whites for every 1 egg called for also works well, if the goal is to reduce calories without sacrificing taste. The great thing about these cheesecakes is they don't make you feel sick afterwards, like so many rich desserts tend to. :)
