Low-Fat Cheese Cake

- 9-inch reduced fat graham cracker crust shopping list
- 2-8 ounce bars Reduced fat free cream cheese shopping list
- 2 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 1/4 C. skim milk shopping list
- 1/2 C. egg substitute shopping list
- 6 packets artificial sweetener (equal to 1/4 cup of sugar) shopping list
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven 350 degrees F.
- Using mixer on low speed, combine flour and milk.
- Add cream cheese. Increase speed to medium, add egg substitute, artificial sweetener, lemon juice and vanilla.
- Pour into crust.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until center is set. Chill before serving.
