Ingredients

How to make it

  • Season chops to taste
  • Fork beat eggs in one dish with rim
  • Put flour in another plate ( you may season flour also if you wish )
  • Dip each chop in egg mixture, then dip in flour
  • Repeat and shake off excess flour.
  • Fry in skillet over med high heat until golden on each side,
  • Lower heat and continue to cook, turning only one more time on each side until done.
  • Make schnitzel pancake.
  • Mix remaining flour and egg.
  • Add a few Tbs liquid to make a batter.
  • Pour batter into pan and fry till golden and done
  • on each side.
  • Serve along with schnitzel.
  • Nice with Potato salad and cucumber salad.
