Ingredients

12 small red potatoes (can sub. russet)

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 tbsp. dijon mustard

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1/2 tbsp. minced onion

1/2 tbsp. minced garlic

1/2 tsp. celery salt

1/2 tsp. oregano

1/2 tsp. ground mustard seed

1/2 tsp. cumin

1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp. lemon pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 F.

Dice potatoes into cubes or wedges.

Toss potatoes with all ingredients.

Place potatoes single layer on cookie sheet, greased.

Roast potatoes 40-45 mins, testing for doneness, should be brown.

Mother doesn't like spicy food but this recipe is good in her view even with the spice.
