Soft Chocolate Chunk Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks butter, softened

1 1/2 cup brown sugar

2 tsp vanilla

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

3 large eggs

2 1/4 cups flour

2 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips

1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

Directions

Heat oven to 400 degrees.* Beat butter, sugar, vanilla, baking soda and salt until creamy. Beat in eggs until fluffy. Beat in flour until blended. Stir in chocolate and nuts. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls on ungreased baking sheets. Bake 8 min. or until golden. Cool cookies.

MAKES 46 SOFT CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIES.*

This is identical to my cookie recipe except this has an extra egg. I wonder what the difference will be because mine are soft. I'll have to try these out to compare. Oh and mine are baked at 350. But I give this 5 because I know how good they'll be!
