Saucy Chicken Balls

- 3 - 4 chicken breasts shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1 and 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 1 and 1//2 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 1 and 1/2 tsp.. onion powder shopping list
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten shopping list
How to make it
- Combine flour with the spices (add other spices if you wish).
- Lightly beat eggs
- Cut chichen into strips long enough to roll into a ball
- Roll chicken balls into beaten egg mixture then
- Dip into flour mixture
- Fry in oil until lightly brown
- Drain on a paper towel.
- SAUCE:
- In a sauce pan, mix 1/2 cup sugar , 1/2 cup vinegar, 1 Tbsp. Soya sauce
- Add 1 can of pineapple chunks and liquid
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch or a bit more depending on desired thickeness of the sauce
- Bake at 275 for an hour
- Serve on egg noodles or rice.
