How to make it

  • Combine flour with the spices (add other spices if you wish).
  • Lightly beat eggs
  • Cut chichen into strips long enough to roll into a ball
  • Roll chicken balls into beaten egg mixture then
  • Dip into flour mixture
  • Fry in oil until lightly brown
  • Drain on a paper towel.
  • SAUCE:
  • In a sauce pan, mix 1/2 cup sugar , 1/2 cup vinegar, 1 Tbsp. Soya sauce
  • Add 1 can of pineapple chunks and liquid
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch or a bit more depending on desired thickeness of the sauce
  • Bake at 275 for an hour
  • Serve on egg noodles or rice.
