How to make it

  • Add melted butter to ground Oreos and press into bottom of springform pan.
  • Melt chocolate with water and liqueur and set aside to cool.
  • Beat eggs with sugar until well blended. Gradually add cream cheese and mix until very smooth (about 5 min). Add chocolate mixture and blend well.
  • Pour batter into springform and bake 1 hour at 350 deg. Open oven door and allow to cool gradually (about 30 min). Loosen edges with a knife and chill completely in refrigerator.

    I've only just discovered Oreos --we have similar here but now the US version is available ---what a way to use them --- chocolate ,chocolate liqueur ,vanilla --I'm in heaven reading this !! can you get 6 out of 5 ???
