I found this today and thought I would add it. Can't say on prep time and cook time. The picture is from the internet not the recipe.

Ingredients
  • 4 pork chops
  • 4 c. water
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 5 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsps. flour

Directions
  1. Brown chops on both sides; place in greased casserole skillet.
  2. Pour 3 cups water over chops; let boil for 10 minutes.
  3. Add remaining cup water.
  4. Add vegetables and seasonings.
  5. Simmer until tender, about 30 minutes.
  6. Thicken broth with flour.
  7. Yield: 4 servings.
