Jam Jar Salad Dressings

- Get out a clean jelly or jam jar with a lid. shopping list
- Peel and chop 1/4 clove garlic. shopping list
- In the jar put the garlic, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 2 Tbsp white or red wine vinegar, 6 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, pinch of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. shopping list

- Grab another clean jam or jelly jar. shopping list
- In the jar put 6 Tbsp natural yogurt, 2 Tbsp white or red wine vinegar, 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, pinch of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. shopping list

How to make it
- Lemon Dressing:
- You know the drill: a clean jam or jelly jar.
- Put in 6 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, pinch of sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, and the juice of 1 medium to large lemon.
- Bend over, let me see you shake a tail feather!
- Balsamic Dressing:
- Jam or jelly jar.
- 6 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar, pinch of sea salt, freshly ground black pepper.
- Shivers up my backbone. Shakin' all over!
- **You can pour them into recycled salad dressing jars to save space in your fridge.
