Chocolate Crispy Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 Cup butter

1 Cup sugar

1 Egg

1 tsp. vanilla

1-1/2 Cups flour

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1/4 tsp. salt

2 Cups crisp rice cereal

1 (6-oz.) pkg. semisweet chocalate morsels

Directions

pre-heat oven to 350

Cream butter

gradually add sugar

beat till light and fluffy

add egg and vanilla

beat well

combine flour,soda,and salt

add to creamed mixture

beat well

stir in cereal and chocolate

drop onto LIGHTLY greased cookie sheet

bake for 13 minutes

remove, let cool on sheet for 5 min.

remove to wire rack

may double recipe
