Chocolate Crispy Cookies Recipe

A chocolate crunch in every bite!

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup butter
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1-1/2 Cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Cups crisp rice cereal
- 1 (6-oz.) pkg. semisweet chocalate morsels
Directions
- pre-heat oven to 350
- Cream butter
- gradually add sugar
- beat till light and fluffy
- add egg and vanilla
- beat well
- combine flour,soda,and salt
- add to creamed mixture
- beat well
- stir in cereal and chocolate
- drop onto LIGHTLY greased cookie sheet
- bake for 13 minutes
- remove, let cool on sheet for 5 min.
- remove to wire rack
- may double recipe
