Ingredients

How to make it

  • pre-heat oven to 350
  • Cream butter
  • gradually add sugar
  • beat till light and fluffy
  • add egg and vanilla
  • beat well
  • combine flour,soda,and salt
  • add to creamed mixture
  • beat well
  • stir in cereal and chocolate
  • drop onto LIGHTLY greased cookie sheet
  • bake for 13 minutes
  • remove, let cool on sheet for 5 min.
  • remove to wire rack
  • may double recipe

    I actually think my grandson and I can make these together. It will just be the sweetest thing for me... the mess will be SO worth the fun I'll have with him in the kitchen. My little mini-baker, taking after his grammy! LOL!

    I used to make cookies with rice krispies in them years ago..I remember as a kid I loved them. Thank you..it's great to see you on here again..it's been to long. I hope your doing fine and had a nice summer!
