How to make it

  • Cook orzo according to package directions; drainrinse with cold water and drain again
  • Combine orzo, tuna, tomato, feta, onion and olives in a large bowl
  • toss gently
  • Combine vinegar, water, olive oil, garlic,basil and oregano in container of an electric blender;
  • Cover and process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.
  • Pour vinegar mixture over pasta mixture and toss gently.
  • Cover and chill thoroughly,
  • Serve on lettuce leaves if desired.
