Rosemary Roasted Garlic Steaks

a simple but flavorful way to grill/broil your steaks- or use your Forman grill
Ingredients
- 4 NY strip steaks or similar cuts shopping list
- 1 head of garlic shopping list
- 2 Tbs olive oil divided shopping list
- 1 Tbs finely chopped rosemary leaves shopping list
- 1/2 tsp garlic and pepper powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp onion powder shopping list
How to make it
- Roast garlic in a 400F oven covered ( drizzle head with 1 tbs olive oil ) about 25 minutes or tender
- Cool and remove soft garlic and mash with a spoon
- Blend garlic with remaining olive oil, seasonings and rub into the steaks.
- Broil steaks about 9 minute per side or desired doneness
