I got this recipe from my friend, Karen several years ago. It is quick and easy and is always a big hit at parties.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound cream cheese; softened
  • 8 ounces crushed pineapple in juice; well drained
  • 1/4 cup green pepper; finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red onion; finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 cup pecans; finely chopped

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients except pecans.
  2. Form into 2 balls, roll each in 1/2 cup pecans to coat.
  3. May make ahead, wrap in plastic wrap and chill.
  4. Serve with crackers.
