Elaines Marshmallow Sweeties

These marshmallow sweeties are made with Special K vanilla cereal.Easy to make, this recipe has been compiled in order to intensify flavors and texture, and more than just the kids will enjoy these ! :+D
Ingredients
- 1 454 g bag of either white or chocolate marshmallows shopping list
- 1 tsp sea salt shopping list
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract shopping list
- 4 to 5 cups Kellogg's vanilla Special K cereal shopping list
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 3 tbsp butter shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a large pot or steel pastry bowl that is safe for stove top use
- On VERY LOW heat, stir constantly until the majority of the marshmallows have melted. Some little chunks left over are fine, and incorporate well into this candy!
- Add more cereal if needed to make workable.
- Form burger-shaped pieces
- Decorate with icing pens, and let your imagination enjoy!
- Kids and adults alike enjoy decorating these :+D
