How to make it

  • Combine marmalade, orange juice, cinnamon sticks and sugar in a saucepan.
  • Bring to boil
  • Mix in cranberries; return to boil
  • Reduce heat and simmer until berries burst and sauce thickens slightly, about 5 minutes
  • Transfer to glass serving bowl and cool completely at room temperature
  • Then cover and refrigerate until serving time
