Individual Broccoli Cups

- Crust: shopping list
- 1 stick butter, softened shopping list
- 8 oz. cream cheese with chives, softened(not fat free) shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- 1 1/4 cup flour shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 1 package chopped broccoli shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 8 oz. shredded cheddar shopping list
- 1/2 stick butter,melted shopping list
- 1/3 cup milk shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Make crust by mixing together the butter, cream cheese, flour and salt. Divide equally into 8 pieces.
- Turn a muffin tin upside down and spray (the bottom side of the pan) with cooking spray.
- Mold crust around the bottom of the muffin tins.
- Bake until Just brown(lightly browned)(about 10 to 12 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Cook broccoli according to package directions.
- Drain and place in a mixing bowl.
- Stir in soup, sour cream, cheese, butter, and salt and pepper.
- Remove muffins from pan and place inside the muffin tins.
- Spoon broccoli mixture into each muffin.
- Return to oven and bakd for 5 to 8 minutes or until warm.
- Additional cheese or crisp bacon crumbles can be added if desired.
