White Wine Braised Sauerkraut

- 4 pounds sauerkraut shopping list
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter shopping list
- 2 ounces bacon diced shopping list
- 1 small white onion shopping list
- 1 teaspoon caraway seed shopping list
- 2 cups dry white wine shopping list
How to make it
- Rinser sauerkraut well then soak in water for 2 hours, changing water periodically.
- Set pressure cooker over medium heat then add butter and bacon
- Cook 3 minutes then add caraway seeds and onions and cook 3 minutes.
- Add sauerkraut then stir to coat and cook 3 minutes.
- Add wine and cook 15 minutes at high pressure.
- Remove from heat and let stand until depressurized.
- Serve immediately.
