How to make it

  • Rinser sauerkraut well then soak in water for 2 hours, changing water periodically.
  • Set pressure cooker over medium heat then add butter and bacon
  • Cook 3 minutes then add caraway seeds and onions and cook 3 minutes.
  • Add sauerkraut then stir to coat and cook 3 minutes.
  • Add wine and cook 15 minutes at high pressure.
  • Remove from heat and let stand until depressurized.
  • Serve immediately.
