Ingredients

1 cup soft Crisco/butter – ½ and ½

1 cup extra crunchy peanut butter

1 cup sugar

1 cup packed brown sugar

2 eggs

2 ½ cups flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 ½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Cream together butter/Crisco, peanut butter, sugars and eggs. Slowly add flour, and remaining dry ingredients. Form into balls and smash with a flour dipped fork to make a criss-cross pattern. Bake about 7 minutes – longer if you like better done.
