Sues Peanut Butter Cookies

This is my former mother-in-law's recipe and she said I could have it. These are my son's favorite - he won't eat other peanut butter cookies. I hope you enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 cup soft Crisco/butter – ½ and ½ shopping list
- 1 cup extra crunchy peanut butter shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 ½ cups flour shopping list
- 1 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 ½ tsp baking soda shopping list
- ½ tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375. Cream together butter/Crisco, peanut butter, sugars and eggs. Slowly add flour, and remaining dry ingredients. Form into balls and smash with a flour dipped fork to make a criss-cross pattern. Bake about 17 minutes – longer if you like better done.
