Ingredients

2 1/2 cups heavy cream

1/4 cup confectioner's sugar

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

20 chocolate sandwich cookies, i.e., Oreos, crushed into med. pieces

Directions

Chill bowl and beaters of your electric mixer.

Whip the heavy cream, confectioner's sugar, and vanilla in chilled bowl until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold in crushed oreos.

Yeilds: 6 cups

To make this filling non-perishable, fold oreos into your non perishable buttercream icing! (kids especially love this) Give this recipe and the above a little while for the cookies to soften nicely.
