shrimp corndogs

- Serves 5
shrimp on a skewer dipped in batter and fried
Ingredients
- 10 big ass shrimp peeled and deveigned and places tail end first on wooden skewer shopping list
- 2 eggs beaten shopping list
- bowl of cornbread mix shopping list
- salt and pepper use own discretion put into batter shopping list
How to make it
- preheat fryer to at least 400 degrees f
- after you place shrimp on their sticks
- roll in beaten egg until shrimp is covered then generously fluff in batter
- then drop in fryer until golden brown should only take a few min
- i like to dip mine in "asain toasted sesame" salad dressing by "kraft"
