Ingredients
  • 10 big ass shrimp peeled and deveigned and places tail end first on wooden skewer
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • bowl of cornbread mix
  • salt and pepper use own discretion put into batter

Directions
  1. preheat fryer to at least 400 degrees f
  2. after you place shrimp on their sticks
  3. roll in beaten egg until shrimp is covered then generously fluff in batter
  4. then drop in fryer until golden brown should only take a few min
  5. i like to dip mine in "asain toasted sesame" salad dressing by "kraft"
