Pasta Puttanesca

- 2 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon anchovy paste shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1 can whole tomatoes shopping list
- 1 can crushed tomatoes shopping list
- ¼ cup flat leaf parsley, chopped shopping list
- 1 dozen kalamata olives, pitted and chopped shopping list
- 3 tablespoon capers shopping list
- freshly ground pepper shopping list
- parmesan, for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Over medium heat cook the garlic, chillies and anchovy paste in the oil. Stir it around until the paste dissolves and garlic is tender - about 3 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes, olives, capers, parsley and pepper and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Toss with pasta and garnish with parmesan cheese.
