This is a great pantry meal after a long day. But it is also super salty and spicy and rewarding!

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon anchovy paste
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 can whole tomatoes
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • ΒΌ cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1 dozen kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
  • 3 tablespoon capers
  • freshly ground pepper
  • parmesan, for garnish

Directions
  1. Over medium heat cook the garlic, chillies and anchovy paste in the oil. Stir it around until the paste dissolves and garlic is tender - about 3 minutes.
  2. Add the tomatoes, olives, capers, parsley and pepper and cook for about 10 minutes.
  3. Toss with pasta and garnish with parmesan cheese.
