Ingredients
- 8 good size chicken breasts, skinned and deboned
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 4 oz package chipped beef
- 1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 pint sour cream
Directions
- Wrap each chicken breast with a strip of bacon. Cover bottom of flat, greased 8 x 12 x 2 inch baking dish with chipped beef. Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken. Refrigerate; when ready bake at 275 degrees for 3 hours uncovered. (This may also be cooked in a crock pot on low for 8-10 hours.)
