Great!! I hope you try it. I like this dish because with the carrots and potatoes it is a one dish meal!! Well, it is great up here in the mountains. This time of the year the air is cisp and cool and this dish is perfect.

I almost bought pork chops at Albertson's today, but couldn't think of how I wanted to fix them, and expect to go to Costco tomorrow, sooo, I ended up making pot roast today. This chop recipe looks very flavorful, and of course I like the combo of bacon and beer and paste! I finally got smart and bought a tube of tomato paste rather than a can. I usually buy a small can of paste, use 1 Tbsp. of it, then freeze the rest where it sits in the freezer for months and months until I finally throw it away! Thanks for the buddy invite! We used to have a cabin in Lake Arrowhead. Key word here is "used" to! Love the mountains!
