How to make it

  • Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper.
  • Heat nonstick skillet on high then add steaks and cook 3 minutes.
  • Turn the reduce heat to medium high and cook 4 minutes longer then remove from pan.
  • Add wine, Madeira and tomato paste to pan and stir to detach any bits stuck to surface.
  • Add garlic, shallot and thyme then reduce heat to medium and cook 4 minutes stirring often.
  • Serve steaks with sauce spooned over top.
