Ginger Cookies

- 1 cup room temp. butter shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup dark molasses shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 5 cups flour shopping list
- 4 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 2 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 2 tsp. ground cloves shopping list
- 2 tsp. giner shopping list
- extra sugar for rolling shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream together butter, sugar, molasses and eggs.
- Mix together dry ingredients.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix well.
- Roll into 1-1/2" balls and roll in sugar.
- Bake on baking stone 11 minutes or until tops are cracked.
- Remove to cooling rack until completely cooled.
- Store in air tight container.
- This dough can be frozen in balls. Roll in sugar just before baking.
