This pie makes its own crust. It also will make 2 pies.

Ingredients
  • Makes its own crust
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 3/4 stick butter or margarine (melted)
  • 1 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in order and mix well.
  2. Pour in two, 8 inch or 9 inch greased pie plates and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. This pie is quick and easy---rely on it to delight guest.
