Coconut Pie

This pie makes its own crust. It also will make 2 pies.
Ingredients
- Makes its own crust shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 c. brown sugar shopping list
- 1 c. white sugar shopping list
- 2 c. milk shopping list
- 1/2 c. self-rising flour shopping list
- 3/4 stick butter or margarine (melted) shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. coconut shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in order and mix well.
- Pour in two, 8 inch or 9 inch greased pie plates and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- This pie is quick and easy---rely on it to delight guest.
