Pistachio Rice

- 2 cups of long grain rice shopping list
- 4 cups of chicken or vegetable stock shopping list
- 1 cup of raw shelled pistachio nuts shopping list
- 2 TB butter shopping list
How to make it
- Bring the stock to a boil and add the rice.
- Once the liquid starts to boil again add the nuts and butter.
- Cover the pot and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Let the rice sit after removing it from heat for at 10-20 minutes and then serve it up!
