How to make it

  • Bring the stock to a boil and add the rice.
  • Once the liquid starts to boil again add the nuts and butter.
  • Cover the pot and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Let the rice sit after removing it from heat for at 10-20 minutes and then serve it up!

    I love pistachio's. I think this sounds like a wonderful sidedish and I look forward to making. I think it would be pretty to mold it and serve with a steak and some asparagus. It would make a great presentation. Thank you for posting!
