Spanish Tomatoes And Beef Recipe Chefmeow / All my dishes

I obtained this recipe from an estate sale a few years back. I have not made it but it sounds really good to me. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 11 ounce can corn
  • 4 cups water
  • 18 ounce can tomato paste
  • 14-1/2 ounce can stewed tomatoes
  • 1-1/2 cups white rice

Directions
  1. Brown ground beef and crumble then drain off any visible fat.
  2. Add remaining ingredients except rice and bring to a good rolling boil.
  3. Add rice and cover then turn off heat and let sit 5 minutes.
  4. Fluff with a fork then sprinkle top with shredded cheese if desired and serve.
