Spanish Tomatoes and Beef

- 1 pound ground beef shopping list
- 11 ounce can corn shopping list
- 4 cups water shopping list
- 18 ounce can tomato paste shopping list
- 14-1/2 ounce can stewed tomatoes shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups white rice shopping list
How to make it
- Brown ground beef and crumble then drain off any visible fat.
- Add remaining ingredients except rice and bring to a good rolling boil.
- Add rice and cover then turn off heat and let sit 5 minutes.
- Fluff with a fork then sprinkle top with shredded cheese if desired and serve.
