Beef Brisket in Beer

- 5 pounds beef brisket shopping list
- 2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 2 oniions, sliced shopping list
- 4 ribs celery, chopped shopping list
- 1 cup chili sauce shopping list
- 1 ( 12 ounce) can beer shopping list
- 2 Tbs brown sugar shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed shopping list
How to make it
- Place beef in roaster, fat side up. Season with salt and pepper, and top with sliced onions and celery.
- Combine chili sauce, beer, brown sugar and garlic and pour over meat. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 3 1/2 hours, basting often. Uncover and bake another 30 to 45 minutes.
