Ingredients
  • 8 oz - Cream Cheese, soft
  • 1 - 2 c - Powdered Sugar
  • 1 can - pumpkin (15 oz) (Not Pumkin Pie Mix)
  • 1 tsp - Cinnamon
  • 1 – 1 ½ - ginger powder
  • Graham Crackers / Ginger Snaps

Directions
  1. Beat cream cheese and sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Add pie filling, cinnamon, and ginger, beating well.
  3. Cover and chill 8 hours.
  4. Serve with Graham Crackers or Ginger Snaps.

I have made this...it is sooooo good! Also good dippers are pie pastry cut into nice fall shapes, sprinkled with cinnamon sugar, then baked.


Interesting and Unique! I like linspj's idea about the pie pastry too.
