Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cook chicken tenderloins and dice very finely
  • In a large bowl combine all ingredients except eggroll wrappers
  • Place a heaping tablespoon of mixture in each wrapper and roll as directed
  • In a large cast iron skillet heat oil and fry eggroll til golden brown
  • Drain on paper towels
  • Serve with sour cream for dipping and just enjoy!

    I have baked egg rolls with great results. I lightly brush them with olive oil so they crisp and turn golden, and flip them over once during cooking. 375-400 is usually good depending on how hot your oven runs. Hope this helps!
