Marshmallow Brownies

Who could pass up these beauties?
Ingredients
- 8 oz butter shopping list
- 5 oz chocolate (any kind or a mixture) shopping list
- 2 oz cocoa shopping list
- 5 oz plain flour shopping list
- 18 oz caster sugar shopping list
- 5 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 5 oz marshmallows, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Heat the oven to 375F.
- Line a 12in square pan with baking parchment.
- Melt the butter and the chocolate together very gently.
- When melted, take off heat.
- Mix the cocoa with the flour and sugar.
- Mi this mixture into the butter and chocolate.
- Mix in the eggs and fold in the marshmallows.
- Turn the brownie mixture into the pan.
- Bake until the surface has set, about 20 minutes.
- Cool and slice.
- *For Rocky Road Brownies add a handful of your favorite nuts.
