How to make it

  • Boil broccoli florets in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain well and set aside.
  • In lrge deep skillet, heat olive oil oer moderate heat. Add pancetta, hot pepper flakes and garlic.
  • Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Adjust heat to high and add broccoli. Saute for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in wine. Cook for an additiona 2 minutes and set aside.
  • Cook pasta until al dente. Drain wel.
  • Transfer to a bowl and toss with broccoli sauce.
  • Sprinkle with gratted cheese and serve immediately.
