This is my favorite pizza. I just made it, ate it, and decided to share it!

Ingredients
  • Frozen pizza dough or Boboli
  • Sun dried tomato pesto
  • olive oil
  • garlic -crushed/minced/granules
  • 1 1/2 c mushroom slices
  • 2 c fresh spinach
  • 1/2 c feta cheese

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over pizza dough.
  3. Sprinkle garlic to taste-I like lots of garlic.
  4. Spread tomato pesto-enough to cover dough.
  5. Place mushrooms then spinach.
  6. Top with feta.
  7. Bake 20 min.
  8. Enjoy with a guilt-free conscious!
