How to make it

  • Bake the pie crust at 350 degrees for 5 minutes,set aside
  • Combine cream cheese,egg,sugar,and lemon juice.
  • Pour into crust and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Heat raspberries slowly ,with the cornstarch,stirring constantly until thick and starts to bubble.
  • Spoon mixture over cheese mixture and bake another 5 minutes.
  • Combine sour cream,sugar,and rum.
  • Pour over berries and bake 5 more minutes.
  • Cool and place in ice box for 2 hours.
  • Would be nice if you had some fresh raspberries,for garnish.
