Bacon Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes

I can't get enough of these cherry tomatoes. I have several recipes for stuffed tomatoes, but this is one of the fastest and easiest! And it is just about the only way I can get my sons to eat fresh tomatoes.
Ingredients
- 24 cherry tomatoes shopping list
- 1 pound bacon, fried and crumbled shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except tomatos. Cut a thin slice off top of each tomato. With a small spoon or melon baller, hollow out tomato.
- Fill tomatoes with bacon mixture.
