Honey Of A Peanut Pie

- peanut honey Filling: shopping list
- 3 eggs,well beaten shopping list
- 1 Cup honey shopping list
- 1/2 Cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 Cup Chunky Style peanut butter shopping list
- 3 teaspoons butter,soften shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1 Cup Whole salted peanuts shopping list
- peanut Crust: shopping list
- 3/4 Cup flour shopping list
- 1/4 Cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/3 Cup salted peanuts,chopped finely shopping list
- 1/3 Cup butter,melted shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons Chunky Style peanut butter shopping list
How to make it
- For the Crust:
- Combine all crust ingredients in a 9"x2" deep pie pan.
- Mix until crumbly.
- Press mixture evenly on bottom and sides of pan.
- Peanut Honey Filling:
- Beat eggs,until thick,about 5 minutes,in a small bowl.
- Mix the remaining ingredients together and stir in beaten eggs.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 to 55 minutes.
- Pie will get dark brown on top,it will still be soft,but will get firm when it is cold.
- Cool completely.
- Serve with whipped cream.
- Note: Cut into very small pieces as this is a very rich pie.
