How to make it

  • For the Crust:
  • Combine all crust ingredients in a 9"x2" deep pie pan.
  • Mix until crumbly.
  • Press mixture evenly on bottom and sides of pan.
  • Peanut Honey Filling:
  • Beat eggs,until thick,about 5 minutes,in a small bowl.
  • Mix the remaining ingredients together and stir in beaten eggs.
  • Pour into pie shell.
  • Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 to 55 minutes.
  • Pie will get dark brown on top,it will still be soft,but will get firm when it is cold.
  • Cool completely.
  • Serve with whipped cream.
  • Note: Cut into very small pieces as this is a very rich pie.
