The Best Christmas Fudge Recipe
EASY. Fabulous. This is so rich and creamy and uses no candy thermometer. Great for gift giving.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 25 large marshmallows
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
  • 13 ounces big Hershey bars
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup hand chopped pecans

Directions
  1. In heavy Dutch oven, heat milk, butter, and sugar until melted and dissolved
  2. Stir in marshmallows
  3. Bring to boil, remove from heat
  4. Add all chocolates
  5. Stir until well blended
  6. Add pecans
  7. Pour into greased 9 X 13 glass dish
  8. Cool, then refrigerate
  9. In the cook time, I listed 10 minutes.....it may take longer to boil
