How to make it

  • Pre heat oven to 300 degrees.
  • Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Rinse pumpkin seeds in a colander.
  • Pat dry with a paper towel.
  • Spread seeds on lined cookie sheet.
  • Sprinkle evenly with seasoned salt.
  • Bake for 35 minutes or til seeds are dry.
  • When completely cooled, store in air tight container.

    Okay...I tried these again with salt and smoked paprika and they were very good!!! The smoked paprika does stain your fingers though...but its worth it!!!
