Creamy Shrimp Fettuccine

- 1pound medium shrimp,peeled,deveined shopping list
- 1/4 cup chicken brith or white wine shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic,minced shopping list
- 8 ounce fresh mushrooms,sliced (about 3 cups) shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream shopping list
- 1 tsp of dried basil shopping list
- 1 tsp of salt shopping list
- 8 ounces of fettuccine shopping list
- 2/3 Cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- 1: Bring two cups of water to a boil in a large sauce pan over medium-High heat.Add shrimp. Boil for one minute or until shrimp has turned pink. Remove shrimp with a slotted spoon; Keep warm
- 2: Continue boilingshrimp liquid. Add broth and garlic to sauce pan. Boil until liquid is reduced to 1/2 cup, about 12 min. Add mushrooms, whipping cream, Basil and Salt.
- 3: Simmer Sauce over medium heat,stirring occasionally,for about 6 minutes. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions;drain well. Place in large bowl.
- 4: Add shrimp to saucepan. Heat for one minute. Spoon shrimp and sauce over pasta. Sprinkle the top with parmesan;toss.
- SERVE IMMEDIATELY.

Your Creamy Shrimp Fettuccine is quite good Britt, I love the mushrooms and your cream sauce is delicious. The bright pink shrimp make it attractive. I know I will enjoy this meal very much.
