Creamy Shrimp Fettuccine Recipe
This pasta is very good and so easy to make. I love it! It goes good with a side of steamed peas.

Ingredients
  • 1pound medium shrimp,peeled,deveined
  • 1/4 cup chicken brith or white wine
  • 2 Cloves garlic,minced
  • 8 ounce fresh mushrooms,sliced (about 3 cups)
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 tsp of dried basil
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 8 ounces of fettuccine
  • 2/3 Cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. 1: Bring two cups of water to a boil in a large sauce pan over medium-High heat.Add shrimp. Boil for one minute or until shrimp has turned pink. Remove shrimp with a slotted spoon; Keep warm
  2. 2: Continue boilingshrimp liquid. Add broth and garlic to sauce pan. Boil until liquid is reduced to 1/2 cup, about 12 min. Add mushrooms, whipping cream, Basil and Salt.
  3. 3: Simmer Sauce over medium heat,stirring occasionally,for about 6 minutes. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions;drain well. Place in large bowl.
  4. 4: Add shrimp to saucepan. Heat for one minute. Spoon shrimp and sauce over pasta. Sprinkle the top with parmesan;toss.
  5. SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
  6. ENJOY!!
