makes carrot cake come alive. best carrot cake recipe I have ever tried. nice and moist full of flavour

Ingredients
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 cups grated carrots

Directions
  1. mix brown sugar, vegetable oil and eggs in a large mixing bowl.
  2. add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and carrots and mix well.
  3. pour into a 9 inch baking pan and bake at 350 for 35-40 mins. enjoy!
