Easy Apple Dumplings

Another yummy idea for those fabulous crescent rolls! As presented on local news program.
Ingredients
- 2 granny smith apples shopping list
- 1 can Refrigerated crescent rolls shopping list
- 1 Cup sugar shopping list
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 1 cup 7-up shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- Separate Crescent rolls into triangles
- Use rolling pin to thin each pastry
- Peel appels and dice
- Place diced apples in center of each triangle and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Fold pastry dough over apples.
- Place in oven proof baking dish folded-side down.
- Mix together: 1 Cup Sugar 1 stick butter 1 cup 7-Up
- Heat to dissolve sugar then pour over apple dumplings
- Bake 350 until browned about 30-40 min
