Pineapple Meatloaf Recipe

• 1 8-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained shopping list
• 2 tablespoon bottled sweet and sour sauce (or barbecue sauce) shopping list
• In a large mixing bowl stir together egg, oats, onion, green pepper and salt. Add beef and pineapple, mix well. If too runny, add some more oats. shopping list
• Divide the mixture into six equal portions. They should be 4’ x 2’ “tubes.” Place in a cake pan or on a cookie sheet. shopping list
• Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink. shopping list
