Shanghai Wings

- 1 package chicken wing drummettes. shopping list
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce shopping list
- 2 teaspoons Chinese hot sauce shopping list
- 3 tablespoons honey shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
How to make it
- Pat wings dry.
- Deep fry at 375*F. for 12 minutes or until completely cooked and crispy.
- Combine hot sauce and remaining ingredients.
- Dip wings in sauce to coat completely.
- Note: May also be baked on a rack in a roasting pan at 425*F. for 1 hour, turning wings over after 30 minutes of cooking time.
