Fettuccine Florentine

- 3/4 pound fresh fettuccine shopping list
- 1 teaspoon unsalted butter shopping list
- 1 teaspoon olive oil shopping list
- 1 clove garlic minced shopping list
- 1 pound fresh spinach shredded shopping list
- 1 cup double cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Cook pasta al dente then drain well.
- Melt butter and oil over medium high heat then sauté garlic 3 minutes.
- Stir in spinach and cook 1 minute stirring constantly.
- Add pasta and cream to spinach mixture then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Raise heat to medium high and cook 3 minutes then stir in cheese and toss gently.
