Fettuccine Florentine

This is a very tasty pasta dish with a nice addition of spinach and cheese. Sure to please all the pasta and spinach lovers in your life.

Cook pasta al dente then drain well.
Melt butter and oil over medium high heat then sauté garlic 3 minutes.
Stir in spinach and cook 1 minute stirring constantly.
Add pasta and cream to spinach mixture then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Raise heat to medium high and cook 3 minutes then stir in cheese and toss gently.
