Onion Marmalade

- 1 T butter shopping list
- 2 cups diced sweet onion shopping list
- 2 t brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 t dry mustard shopping list
- Dash of kosher salt & pepper shopping list
- 1 bay leaf shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat
- Add onion to pan; cook 20 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally
- Stir in sugar; cook 2 minutes
- Add vinegar & remaining ingredients; bring to simmer
- Cook 6 minutes or until most of liquid evaporated, stirring occasionally
- Discard bay leaf
