1 box of chocolate pudding (instant or cook it)

1 box of vanilla pudding ( instant or cook it)

1 pkg stella dora sponge cookies

whipped cream

chocolate shavings

Directions

use a 9x13 pyrex dish

layer cookies pudding ,cookies pudding

top with whipped cream and shaven chocolate

We make this layering with graham crackers. It was an inexpensive, easy dessert in my husband's Italian family when they were growing up! All our kids love it and frequently ask for it. It's a nice twist with the ladyfingers (and rum!)
