Ingredients

How to make it

  • Take the rice flour in a bowl
  • Mix sugar, cinnamon powder and add water to make a thin batter
  • Add 2 drops of melted chocolate to it to give a colour( You can omit it to get a complete white pancake)
  • Heat a non stick fry pan.
  • Add 1 tsp of oil and spread it around the pan.
  • Pour the batter and spread it evenly by tilting the pan .
  • Cover it with a lid and reduce the flame.
  • When the side of the pancake gets away from the side and bubbles form at the top. Turn to the other side of the cake.
  • Its done within minute.
  • Serve this healthy breakfast with a melted chocolate sauce or yogurt.
  • I pamper myself with a creamy fruit salad with this yummy pancake!
